Businiess name:  Cappy's Cafe

Review content:
We thought Cappy's was going to be a great breakfast find along PCH. It has a lot of character and promise. It took two more visits to realize it is really just large helpings of mediocre food and not our initial bad experience. Large menu with plenty of variety. This is a place to fill up if you dont care about flavor or how well it is prepared. Cover this food with lots of ketchup, salt/pepper, and Tabasco. Price matches the quality. Parking and access is easy. No view even though it is on PCH. Service is simple ""hash slinging"" style so dont try to get a conversation going or expect a smile from your server. I tell my friends that it as a very ""basic Eat-At-Joes"".
