I've had a mailbox here for 1 1/2 yrs and the customer service is amazing. They've known me on a first name basis since day one; I can call in and ask them if I have any mail and they check for me; I've been quite late renewing my mailbox and they didn't interrupt my service; Casey always greets me by name; they get my mail for me when I don't have my key; they save me tons of time as there is seldom a line like at the post office; are super helpful packing and shipping things for me; etc. etc.
