Review content:
Kyle plumbing has too much business to provide decent customer service to all their customers. I waited more than a week for their proposal and it did not have the correct information on it. When I asked them to change it, and gave specific reasons why, they told me off. The e-mail exchange is below word-for word. You be the judge.

After they gave me the incorrect proposal I said this:
I appreciate you trying to save your customer some money; however, this proposal leaves me with a white toilet in a green bathroom, a white toilet in a blue bathroom, and a white toilet in a pink bathroom. Not to mention the toilets are not the same shape, which
would leave a stained silhouette in the shape of the old toilets on the tile. That would ruin the effect of thousands of dollars of tile-work and ceramics and look insanely ugly. That is in addition to the significant disruption to my life of having 3 toilets removed and
dragged through my house, having 3 more dragged back in and then go through the whole sealant mess. This along with all the sanitization issues? No thanks.
Those are only a couple of the many reasons why, when you came here, I specifically said replacing the toilets was not viable. I am a little upset this was not heard.
Please resubmit the proposal without the option of replacing the toilets.
