Review content:
I usually don't write reviews unless I really dislike the service I received from an establishment. Newport Dental is by far the epitome of poor service. The reason why I went to Newport is because of the vicinity (Claremont) and its many chain locations. In my first visit, I waited for an hour and a half to see a dentist. After confirmation of several cavities, the front desk personnel coerced me in trying to pay for all the services that I don't need aside from the cavities that I have. Second visit isn't any better as I wanted for over an hour for the dental work. Third visit, I waited an hour to have my teeth clean. I suspect they over booked appointments to see more patients. Being frustrated, I use the 1-800-Dental website and read reviews by such website as Yelp and City Search to find a better dentist. The difference is night and day on every level from cost to service and much more. I would have given Newport Dental a zero star if I could. Good luck on your search of finding the right dentist.
