To walk in to a McDonalds with fake bookcases including fake books and still not be able to get anorder right is unbelieveable. My first double chesseburger had mayo, no pickles or onions, the chesse wasn't melted and the middle was cold. I took it back and the cashier and the manager both apologized and said they would bring me a new one. When the cashier brought the new one I was sure that it would be freshly cooked and great. Boy was I wrong! this one had one pickle, no onions, no ketchup and the chesse still wasn't melted. I took it back a third time and the cashier said she would make it herself. Unfortunately, she was only a little better then the original cook. My chesseburger had all the right stuff but the chesse was barely melted and the center was luke warm. All the while this was going on the manager never stepped in nor was did anyone offer to pay for my meal. The restuarant wasn't crowded as it was after dinner on Friday and there was more then enough staff for the few diners. I also did not receive a receipt so I was unble to call in my complaints. When I left the Manager was sitting on his rearend talking to my cashier and he didn't say a word as I went by. How hard is it to follow the cooking pictures for a double chesseburger and what happened to Service? Avoid this McDonald's and go two miles north on rte 44 to the Canton McDonald's. They don't try to look like some upscale restaurant but they do know how to cook fast food.
