My husband and I had made reservations a few months in advance for our anniversary....when the day came it was raining and stormy so we waited around the beach for most of the d ay for weather to clear. We called the facility and they said that it would be fine if we came the next day and the first time they go out is 1030am. We arrived at 1015am, and was told they we would need to go to another facility across the beach to actually go out on the boat. buy when we arrivef we would go right up we drove there and got there 15 minutes later and was then told we had folks before us so it would be another hour, I asked the gentlemen if he needed our name to hold our spot and he said no. We arrived back in an hour, and was told by one man it would be another hour and then the first man explained we had been there and then decided it would be 30 minutes. we finally got out to the boat at 100pm. I must say when we finally got to the boat, the driver and the other worker were very polite, and helpfull. When we got in the air, it was smooth, beautifull and everything we thought. that part was great. It was just very disorganized at first and not v ery time friendly. If we could get out on the boat in a quicker time frame we would do it again.
Pros: beautifull views
Cons: took to long from time of payment to the time we finally got on the boat approximately 3 hours
