This is the worst gym I have ever been to. First off, when I signed my membership with them, I did this with a friend of mine and we had to pay an activation fee. She paid cash for hers but didn't get a receipt. She finds that they charged her credit card for the activation fee even though she paid cash. Comes to find out, the lady that signed us up got fired for stealing money and that was the same lady that she gave her cash to and Core wouldn't do anything about it to refund her. Secondly, my credit card was constanly being charged double every month and I had to always call the credit card company and get it taken care of. Lastly, I went to the gym the other morning to work out, and they are closed. I hadn't been in a month due to work but now that I'm on a different schedule, I can go back. When I get to the gym, their sign is down and there is a for lease sign on the door. How unprofessional...they shut down and don't notify any of their clients and still charged my credit card! I'm not one to complain about anything and I can't stand people who complain because I know that everyone does their best to get things taken care of but this is definately one place that doesn't care. All they are looking for is your payment every month. There is so much more to this but I think I don't even need to go there.
