After searching online, I found Salon Medusa was rated Best Of by the Hartford Advocate 6 years in a row. Since I decided to cut my LONG hair into a pixie cut, I wanted to make sure I went somewhere good. Unfortunately, I read some of these reviews and got nervous about having Robert as my stylist. I called them back and told them frankly what I had read and why I was concerned. The woman I spoke to was very understanding and told me that I could come in and if I was nervous or uncomfortable, I could reschedule with someone else, no problem.
Pros: Very talented, fun atmosphere, perfectionist stylists mean you get a great cut
Cons: Eyebrow waxing is pricey (but very good)
