I just moved into the area and was looking for a groomer. I took my two dogs there, one is a Shih poo and the other a Havanese. They both have long fluffy hair so the cut is important. I picked them up and almost immediately started crying. They told me Oliver had a ""hot spot"" which I know is a lie.....they took a chunk of his hair out around his collar and left multiple bald spots. Their faces (instead of round and fluffy) look like aligators:( They just took clippers and took everything off and their faces are long on one side and bald on the other. I will never take my dogs there again and I hope that girl goes to school to get a grooming license because she is not a proper groomer.
