I have taken my dog to this establishment several times and twice I have had to groom my own dog while there. I agree I am absolutely not impressed. The daughter of the groomer has cut my dog twice and both time he looked a hot mess. I was told be one of the other veterinary technician there that she does not have a license to start with. The owner is never there to speak with. Yes, I have made my last donation to this establishment. Yes donation, because I did not get what I paid for. The people are nice but I am not paying for someone to be nice to me. If everyone working there has a license then they definitely need some serious continuing education courses immediately. Thanks for listening.
