I have to admit everyone I have spoke with is extremely nice and seem to want to help me. They picked up my 63"" TV for repair around Thanksgiving and I still do not have it back. They never call to give me updates and each time I try to get information they tell me they are waiting on the part from Mitsubishi. I am SOOOOOO frustrated. I am getting no where with Mitsubishi either. I don't know what to do or who to believe, but it has been about two months and I am still without a TV.
