I called Buckhead TV on a Saturday, not knowing they were not open for business on the weekends, so I left my name and number. First thing Monday morning I received a call from Nimia, awesome lady in charge of customer service. She was very friendly and helpful, advised me of my upfront cost for the home visit to diagnose my 55"" Mitsubishi TV Set. Tuesday morning, Alex was at my home by 8:30am, earlier than the time Nimia said he would be stopping by. He checked the TV, quoted me a range for the cost of the repair 0f 275.00 to 300.00. We discused the logic of replaicing the set with an updated plasma of some sort and he told me the equipment was in excellent condition and I would probably no be able to replace it for a same size set or similar ,for the money to get it working back like new. I was very appreciative fro his honest opinion. He said he would be back in 3 to 4 days with the parts to finish the job, he came back in 3 days. The final repair cost was less than the estimate first given. I am extremely happy with their service, honesty, upfront information and the willingness to make me a happy client at all times. I highly recommend them!
