On 2/8 I thought I was overcharged 20 dollars for a purchase and the supposed owner commented he thought I had already paid too but wasn't sure. He and I agreed for me to come back tomorrow after the drawer was counted just to make sure. I offered my cell phone number for him to call me back and never heard anything, so the next day (2/9) I went back and there was an older guy and a young guy, no names provided. The young guy was very rude, he said he was working the night before and I was never in there, and was just argumentative and running his mouth instead waiting on other customers. The old guy said the drawer was not short, and insisted on showing me paperwork (like that meant anything to me) I went back later that day to complain about his abusive behavior, there was a tall guy w/glasses and the young guy. The tall guy remembered me and was apologetic about the way I was treated, but the young guy again started being rude and argumentative, I asked the tall guy when the owner would be back in. He said tomorrow morning. I went back the next morning (2/10) and the rude guy was there and said his boss won't be in until the next day. Obviously, when you have a complaint there is no way to get to management (poorly run) He refused to give me a number so I could talk to the owner. He started arguing w/ me again, saying I didn't say anything to you I didn't deal w/you, and would not let me the customer be heard. I feel sorry for the guy, anger management might be in order, but I feel his boss needs to know that employee cost him my business, my husbands, son and my mom's business and anyone I can tell not to go there. Cons: not clean
