Oh the lies, when I started living in the tin can that was built 20+ yrs ago and paying rent that I would be paying in a beautiful home if my credit was better, I was greeted and treated very well until they got my money and after wards all the promises that were offered before getting my signature on paper that was made were gone once they got me trapped in a lease then unleashed people I have never seen or met before that worked in this park acting like trailer cops with a power trip and Tony the other ""manager"" makes verbal promises that you can not prove he offered and when you go to take him up on his offer he acts like you're crazy and bugging him!! Warning, get everything in writing what he promises you!!! You will also be advised that it is cheap living in the tin can but watch your electric bills as well! You will be told it will be under 70.00 but once you move in you find once again another lie, you will be paying 3 times that amount.If it is so great here, wheres Tony??????
