Review content:
I purchased a Hi-Tide 16k boat lift in Sept 06, 9 months later I noticed the lift was lifting uneven every time I raised my boat. I called the company that installed the lift and was told they no longer installed Hi-Tide lifts and I should call the company direct. After calling the company and explaining my problem I was told not to worry about it. Keeping in mind that I did not live here full time until the past three years the lift was not used very much. Recently I was standing at ther control trying to level the boat and the gear box let go, the 13,000 lb boat came crashing down like an explosion, luckly no one was on the boat or near it when it happened. I called Hi-Tide and they told me my warrantee was up
