Review content:
We received three quotes for tree service and went with Tomahawk as they were substantially cheaper than the rest. Well, you get what you pay for. They asked us to remove first three, then six shrubs to access the area for tree removal. No problem that day ? however due to the soggy ground they said they would be back to remove the logs and would let us know when. They did not let us know when they were returning and when they came to remove the logs they ran over the very shrubs they had us move on the first half of the job. No problem so far ? a few shrubs no biggie ? their contract says they cannot guarantee the surrounding landscape. However, since they had us remove them in the first place, I felt a call expressing the concern/miscommunication was in order.
Cons: Terrible customer service, poor attitude, unprofessional
