Phase II is a cute salon that makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome! I've never walked in without smiling faces! Everyone is so sweet and eager to please.
Sarah is my cosmetologist. She has been coloring/cutting my hair for over a year now. I always book, and she knows she exactly what I want. There has never been a time that I've walked out not happy. She knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to hair! I've never been happier with results. She is reasonably priced, and always has a slot available when YOU are ready! I have nothing negative to say about her or this place! She is extremely knowledgeable about hair and knows what will/will not work for you. She does an amazing job, and is a complete professional.
