I heard of Phase II through a friend at work... and also read impressive reviews online. I decided to try them out! After all, I had almost given up hope in finding a suitable stylist for my unruly hair. I am very particular and also (like everyone else) on a budget. It turned out that those great reviews I read prior were completely accurate!
I have continued to have my hair done by Cheri for the past several months.. and will continue from here on out. Cheri is fantastic! She is a superb colorist! Also, she's super quick, which I do appreciate (especially after a long work day). But most importantly, Cheri is such a kind and friendly person. She genuinely cares about her clients. She is a wonderful hair stylist and person.
I also really enjoy how laid back and comfortable the salon is.. very relaxing. I'm so blessed I found this wonderful salon!
