this place needs some mangement training...was kept waiting several times from 10 - 25 minutes. when you make an appointment they should honor it and not try to squeeze every last cent out of every customer. there is no manicurists or facialists so it really is not a spa, only a haircutting place. For the price they charge they should behave more professionally. I sat several times in some chair for a long time with a wet head while she was cutting someone else just because she always double booked. find somewhere else......I have.....
