Review content:
I attended OIT with reservations to begin with, but after seeing how the instructors and education directors were personally involved or concerned with each students learning progress--I quickly began to get excited about the material and began enjoying the class room hands on training and discussions. The instructor I had was a very polished professional and what I appreciated more was that he was a straight shooter. There was no guesing and if there was a discussion would break-out to bring reality to theory. I look forward to studying here for another course in the future when my certifications expire or when I need my hands-on skills sharpened. Lastly, I also liked the interaction between students, it was a great place to network and gain a new perspective on topics and ideas I thought I already understood. I think I learned more about life in my interaction with students than I have in any other class room environment. OIT has a very relaxed approach and integrative approach to learning and it was a great fit for my learning style. I also found the school to be firm and steadfastly committed to a student mastering the body of knowledge and not just being a test machine...that is what translates quality training to real world job skills that pay the bills. In a nutshell...Great place to grow!
