Dealing with Debra and Fancy Cakes Etc has been one of the worst experiences of my life. She is extremely unprofessional and rude when dealing with customers.
Our wedding cake was not made correctly according to what we had discussed in the meeting. When questioned about it, Debra responded with, ""Good grief, are you going to nitpick everything about your cake?"" She also told me, ""I look forward to never doing business with you, or your family ever again.""
Avoid Fancy Cakes Etc at all costs. Your money will go to waste, and you WILL NOT receive the quality cake you order. She insulted me, she insulted my grooms cake (not made by Fancy Cakes Etc) and was absolutely unpleasant in our dealings.
The workmanship on the cakes was appalling, and I have never seen such a bad job of piping on anything before.
