DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their sales strategy (demonstrated by us by a salesman called Scott and the owner Bryan) is to trap you in a sale and then screw you by not delivering the furniture or delivering the wrong one. I saw a book shelf and was interested and Scott tried very hard to sell me a pair by lying to us it's made of hardwood (we found out on line later it's just cupboard). We did not have small bill and their credit card machine was 'broken' so we agreed to put down $100 cash for deposit (if I had known this was a trap, I would have only used credit card). 12 hours later, I called to cancel the order (Sunday) because it turned out not fit our living room. Scott said No and tried to divert me into other sales and I refused but had to agree to get one piece instead of two. Seven weeks later, I called them to see if it has come, they said yes. My husband went to pick it up and paid the balance in cash because their credit card machine is 'broken' again. He found out the order was totally wrong - it's not a shelf but a cabinet. I called the store to cancel the sale because I did not want to wait for another 7 weeks. The girl there said their order was all wrong and she did not understand how it's like that. I called again to ask my money back and another girl Mary said she would get back to me but she never did. Sunday I called back again, the owner Bryan was there at the store and he tried to force me into a floor model of my purchase. I was furious and refused and he started to lecturing me and hang up. Now we have almost $200 out and lots of phone calls and distraction but no furniture.
