Review content:
If you purchase a home from Gary in Ebb Tide MHP he only charges you $750 per month for rent. When you turn around and sell it he charges the new tenant $1,250. This makes it so you can't sell your home and walk away. He then buys them back from the bank for pennies on the dollar. I'm sure that if the banks knew they would take legal action. He also does not reply or follow up on grievences. Slum lord as far as I'm concerned.
