Over two years ago eight guys went out for a bachelor party. After eating a nice dinner, we headed to Brit's. We had only had a few bottles of wine with a big dinner but Brit's declined to serve us. We talked with the manager and they were unable to say why. Frankly, he was not very nice. They knew we were a bachelor party and did not want our patronage. I know that some people are reading this thinking we were unruly, but we really were not. I had been to Brit's before but I will never go back. I have not gone back and the other guys I was with have not either. They put a damper on a special occasion. Lucky for us there are many fine pubs in Minneapolis. The rest of the night went on without incident. Brit's is authentically pompous. I guess my Irish heritage should have lead me elsewhere to begin.
