Did have to wait because I didn't have an appointment, but it was well worth it. My feet feel great now! I have suffered for years and not a single doctor told me it could be my shoes. Wow!
Pros: Staff was most knowledgeable of any place ever shopped and I have shopped the US looking for solutions.
Cons: Tough return policy so make sure your purchases are for keeps. These people are professionals so I understood why they charge for fitting...they're serious about what they do.
