Businiess name:  Luther Family Chevrolet Svc

Review content:
During my 2008 search for a small SUV, Luther Chevrolet was my 6th dealership visited. After my test drive, the sales person said, ""Here is the window price. Here is what we'll sell it to you for."" After telling me the dealership discount, he applied the present GM discount, and then told me what he'd give me on my trade. Four of the other dealers I visited applied a manufacturer's rebate against the sticker price and then told me my trade. It was left to me to seek a discount from the window price. Prior to this shopping trip, no car dealer has given me a discount without my pressing for it. Even then, many have stuck to window price minus any manufacturer's rebate. I was very surprised that my Luther Chevrolet sales person actually initiated the discount. The business manager who walked me through the finance process was very conscientious about my understanding the process. Pros: Customer doesn't have to haggle. Cons: Entrance to parking lot could use rehabilitation
