Review content:
I had been putting off getting tires for my wife's car. Last week, I had to fill up the rear tire twice. I decided to call Ramona Tire, since it had been recommended to me by a friend. I called first to see how long it would take, as I had an appointment in a couple of hours. Dave, the store manager, said he could get me in and out in about a half hour. When I got to the store I spoke to Tim. I showed him the tire that couldn't hold air. I had planned to just change that tire. He inspected the other tires and told me two of the other tires were near the end of their life. At first I did not believe him and thought he was just trying to up sell me. I think he suspected as much and proceeded to show me. Sure enough on the inside they had worn through the tred. I really didn't want to buy more tires, but truthfully, I don't maintain them at all. I think they had been on for at least 6 years. I figured I would put on 4 new cheap tires. Luckily there was a sale on Bridgestones - buy 3 get one free. This put the price about where four discount tires would have been at, so I went with this. I have to say I'm very happy. I have brand new performance tires that cost me the same as discount ones. It was a little more than a half hour, but still less than an hour. This is my new tire store.
