So... for my anniversary, my boyfriend bought me a beautiful diamond necklace from Wedding Day. A year later, it was stolen and I was completely devastated. We contacted Michael Itman from Wedding Day and he said that he would figure some things out and get back to us. A few days later, Michael called and explained that unfortunetly the necklace had been discontinued. Yet, he still said that he would utilize some resources and find a way for me to get my necklace. A week later Michael called and miracously had found the necklace overseas. I was elated. He contacted the maker and had it shipped to his store. The price was even adjusted so that it was a few cents off from what my boyfriend had originally paid for it. With Michael's help, I was able to get back a very treasured gift with minimal effort on my end - and without paying through my ears. I will continue to use Wedding Day in the future and hope that they can also go way beyound your expectations, as they did for me.
