Matt, the writer of both negative reviews on this page, was a temp that I hired to try out on one job. He showed up at the job eager to work. He did somewhat okay work the first day and his work ethic was decent along with his productivity. For this I told him that I would pay him $X for his services. However, in the days to follow, Matt significantly slowed down in productivity, completely lost his motivation and I even caught him sitting down on the job quite a few times. Given the circumstances and that he played a role in my company losing money I docked his pay. He's lucky that I only docked him $2. Matt is worth minimum wage, and that is what I should have payed due to the performance I recieved from him. The $2 an hour that I docked his pay came out to a loss of $100 on his end. The damages caused by him and one other temp employee cost the company -$1500. I feel that I was extremely fair to Matt and cant believe he would log onto the web and slander my company's good name.
