Review content:
After having a brand new ceramic floor installed in the kitchen, new sink and cabinets, I found out that the drain leading to the sewer was clogged. After talking with several plumbers, I was told that they might have to break up my new floor to fix the drain. I called Roto-Rooter. A friend recommended Roto-Rooter to me when I bought my home many years ago.The plumber arrived within the hour and immediately realized how upset I was. It gave me such a calmness as he assured me that he would do everything possible and to the best of his ability to fix the problem without breaking up my floor; and he did just that. I will always call Roto-Rooter when I have a plumbing need, and will I definitely refer them to my family, friends, and neighbors.
It is not everyday that you find a person who knows how to handle a crisis as professionally and completely as the representative of Roto-Rooter did.
