Don't have a party here unless you want to overpay for mediocre food. Juan has no qualms about quoting you one price and then actually charging you well over double that. Also be aware that the lovely room Juan will offer you to host your party is a passthrough for anyone who happens to live upstairs in the building so people will wander through all night.
