Review content:
First, I was able to get a appointment within two days! I was used to waiting 3-4 weeks at my old dermatologists office(who stopped taking my insurance).
Second, on arrival the office was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was professional and seemed efficient handling the paperwork. I was put back in the room to see Dr. Kling promptly and waited just a couple minutes before he came in.
Dr. Kling was great! He listened attentively as I told him about how nothing had helped my stuborn acne. Then he presented me with a more conservative and more aggressive option and let me decide what I was more comfortable with. I took his advice to go with the more aggressive treatment and I can't believe how quickly my acne cleared up! He knows his stuff.
I was so impressed that I sent my husband (who never goes to the doctor) to get his moles checked and Dr. Kling found a precancerous growth and treated it that day with a spray to prevent it becoming a cancer. My husband actually told me afterward that maybe he should go to the doctor more often :)
