Joel at Nutri-Shop was extremely helpful. He steered me away from some over priced supplements and pointed me towards much cheeper vitamins and a pre-workout.
He was able to give me advice that helped me in hockey as well as at the gym. The pre workout he suggested improved my workout and my game. I was impressed by the fact that they cared about more than just building muscle, they were concerned with my overall health.
