Doctor Nieves, I appreciated the highly skilled way which you and you nursing staff handled my back injection procedure. It was very professional the way you came to the waiting room and explained the procedure that would take place and how you were going to do it. You answered all my questions. Most of the time in the medical community, this doesn't take place. I also appreciated the time you spent after the procedure talking to me and driver answering all of the questions we had. I also appreciated your very skilled nursing staff. Thank you, DG
