Businiess name:  Westfield Old Orchard

Review content:
What Old Orchard needs now...is a Big Bowl Fresh Chinese & Thai to fill the three-year vacant restaurant space (former home to Houlihan's & Billy Berk's) on the mall's east end, to the north of B&N. (To the south of B&N are two of Big Bowl's former sister concepts, Maggiano's & Corner Bakery, though now all three are independent from each other.) Everybody who I've talked to regarding ""Big Bowl for Old Orchard"" totally agrees with me, but I'm just one of the few persons to seriously go out of my way to take the time to speak up & get my voice heard! If only more people did what I've been doing, sharing my opinion with the appropriate people (in this case, writing the management for both Westfield & Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises), the world would be an entirely different place, because it's every little voice that counts! Also...I think Westfield should try & look into selling Old Orchard to the same real estate investment trust who purchased The Shops at North Bridge (formerly Westfield North Bridge) three years ago. Old Orchard & North Bridge could once again be sister malls (the two were so great together!!!), while Westfield could then better focus on upgrading their other Chicago suburban malls: Fox Valley, Chicago Ridge, Hawthorn, Louis Joliet. And I know I'm not alone...but if everybody else continues to believe that they are only one person and their voice won't matter, nothing is ever going to change!
