Review content:
Med Deli has been serving up classic deli sandwiches and specialty plates for years and years. Their reputation for quality food and great service is at the top of the rank.
In the back of the restaurant is the actual deli that specializes in Boars Head brand meats and cheeses. The service their is great as well.
What separates Med Deli from all of the other great sandwich shops in Charleston is it's ecclecitc wine collection. Med Deli offers their wines in a grocery manner, i.e. you can browse the selection and pick out a bottle or two to take home. They also serve the wines with dinner if you'd like.
Along with the great food and wine selection, Med Deli offers an extensive selection of domestic and imported beers. the selection includes everything from regular ole American brews to the ultra fancy imports.
So, if you're in the mood for a great Reuben sandwich with a glass of Merlot or a Rogue Dead Guy Ale, stop by Med Deli.
