I have lived here for several years now, and I need to point out that management is absolutely missing from the property. I know many people had high hopes when Steven Thomas(owner) came back into the daily operation of the park. Then he replaced the office manager and it looked like we were on the right path. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There is now 2 people in the office accomplishing less than the old ""manager"" used to. And Mr. Thomas has been as ineffective as ever, he hides in his office avoiding any and all confrontation with residents. I understand his shame but avoidance is not the issue. The only thing that has been accomplished as far as improvements to the property is the implementation of a community watch program. This had to be done due to lack of enforcement of rules and regulations by Mr Thomas and his secretaries. This property is repulsive trash is spread every where and dogs run wild. I know for a fact that Mr. Thomas owns properties in this park that are, for all practical purposes, uninhabitable due to bugs and , but he has the odasity to judge others homes. He has been unable to fix up this property proving he lacks management skills. He needs to remove himself from direct operations and hire a management staff with a proven record in order for this place to succeed. Or for everyones sake, sell the property to someone who has the time and patience to fix it.
