They are real good at the sales side. I was very impressed with there sales staff but that is the catch. Once you sign with them the problems began to roll in. I had to wait on the phone to just turn in my payroll for over 30 minutes! That occured for almost a year! I became tired of the shoddy customer service and attitude problems that there staff had so I moved on to Paycheck. I then continued to get charged regularly like I had never left. I had to call, and wait for an answer, ask for a manager, then tell him that ADP has been fiered and that if they do not stop charging me I will get my lawyers involved. Well that did not stop them. It was rediculose. It is 2008 and I still get a charge every once and a while. DO NOT USE THEM!
