As a pastry chef at a local restaurant, I've won Salt Lake City Weekly's ""Best Desserts"" four years in a row. That's why when I saw that Thai Delight won ""Best Reason to Visit West Jordan"" I had to try it out. Since that first visit, Thai Delight has been one of our favorites. Although the atmosphere is not the most elegant, the food and authenticity more than compensates. This is Thai comfort food at its best. The owners are wonderful, funny and always willing to suggest dishes for those who are looking for something different. I usually eat at Thai Delight 2-3 times a month and it is always consistent, but has enough diversity to keep me coming back and trying different menu items. Foodies (food snobs) should leave their attitudes at the door when dining at Thai Delight or avoid it altogher. Pros: authenticity, taste, inexpensive Cons: ambience
