Duraleigh Woods apartments located at 5600 Briar Oaks Lane in western Raleigh,NC is a beautiful luxury living complex. However,if you are looking for some flexibility in a leasing policy,you should beware and look some other place! If you have an emergency such that you need to move shortly before your lease is up,you will be made to feel like a criminal,harshly penalized and your name will be given to the credit bureau as if you are a delinquent tenant.After 15 years with a spotless record,I found this out.

Cons: repair not up to par.not spacious
