WOW! That is all I have to say! I have gone to Super Express Lube a handful of times now and i am always amazed at how helpful, quick, and friendly the guys there are! The prices are TOTALLY cheaper than anywhere else and they go above and beyond the call of duty! I am writing this because just today i went there and the owner, J.T. (the nicest guy ever!) helped me out tremendously...I was in tears because my car was overheating and something was obviously very very wrong.....i was so stressed out thinking i'd have a big fat car bill......J.T. calmed me down, ordered a thermostat which came in 30 minutes, took care of my dog who was overheating too with water and a biscuit, and had me relax while he took care of everything! He barely charged me and I was out of there in no time! WOW...again I say it was amazing service! I have tried to find J.T. since he used to be at the Franklin Oilstop because of his integrity and honesty and great customer service skills and finally found him recently! One more thing....his two employees couldn't be nicer and more helpful! Thanks Super Express Lube! You saved the day!
