Concrete in front of my new built home poured well and stamped design looks nice, the patio in the back of my home another story. Two patios poured, both have since cracked, I was assured this would be taken care of when the stain was applied and would blend right in with the rest of the concrete. The stamped design was good, the the stain was horrible. Barely any stain used on my concrete, very stingy with the stain, not sure why, doesn't even really look like it has been stained. In the front of my home, the worker got stain all over the bottom boards of my house, it did not come off and I had to repaint all the bottom boards. I paid an addition $3500.00 over and above the builders price for this custom job. I should have saved the money I could have done a better job my self.
