Not child friendly! Rude comments made by waitstaff regarding a small mess on the floor made by a 2 yr old. Waitress proceeds to comment on the uneducatedness of not teaching your child to eat neatly. Was told that this restaurant was not McDonald's I did apologize. Manager was no help and did not offer an apology for his waitress' rude personal comments. I spoke with him on the phone in the restaurant while he was in Danvers and did not witness this incident. He commented on his 4 children not destroying private property in restaurants. This was hardly comparable to destruction of property. Waitstaff was offensive and neither unremorseful nor apologetic. Food is edible. 13 Chinese restaurants in Waltham...Chose another! Decor sloppy and disorganized
