The worst in 30 years. 20 years ago this place was a B&B, so traveling through NH again, we actually looked for this place. Dirty cigarette ashtrays inside & out, decreped porch, dirty furniture, curtains w/layer of dark dust, Lots of cobwebs, the floors/ table/counters dirty. Pantry door broken & slats FILTHY. Old furniture is one thing, dirty is unacceptable. Kitchen floor by food pantry had tiles chipped & door slats were BLACK. We paid $157 & no other hotels avail. or we'd have left! Bedding looked clean, and we couldn't stand to spend time there, so spend the next 12 hours away to avoid the place! We're average people, but this was sickening. With 6 cabins there's no reason they're so dirty!
