I have dined here before and never have i had such bad customer service. When greated at the door there was no smile it was more of a I hate my job attitude. We than asked to be seated away from the door due to cold. They made it as a problem even though the restaurant was not busy at all with plenty of available tables away from the door. Next our waiter came and took our order recommending their posole. Not a good choice if you ask me. I then asked if i could instead have the green chile stew, which i know is extremely delicious. Our waiter then asked the kitchen if he could give me a bowl in exchange for the bad posole which i barely ate. Denied!!! I then asked to speak with a manager. He never came. Kelly the manager on duty that night was too Busy to come and hear my request and complaint. i was polite and bless the waiter for trying his best but this experience was my worst ever!!! I was not offered a discount on my meal or even a subsitution or just an apology. Sorry 3rb but I will not be coming back...
