Have been going to Jim's Automotive for 8 years and we are so glad the day we finally found his repair shop. Had such bad luck before finding him. Very friendly, honest, outstanding customer service and high on integrity. And he hires only reliable and knowledgeable people. Always gives you all the information on a printout of your car's profile that shows your repairs, costs and possible future repairs and what to watch out for if something is going. Calls and lets you know costs of your repairs before performing them. These guys are great and have never had any problems, large or small, with them or their work. Outstanding!!
