They recently got a new groomer and their professionalism and quality have gone down hill. I will never use or recommend this pompous and condescending kennel to anyone...if you have a show dog and think your better than everyone else this is the right place for you. Seriously Bel Aire, you people made my girlfriend who just delivered our beautiful child, less than a week ago break into tears after talking to her, you should be ashamed of yourselves!
