I've recently gotten back into biking and have had a huge amount of retrofitting work done on my 1986 Rockhopper here. I've consistently found this bike shop to be a great resource, here are only a few of the points:
Pros: Customer Service, Friendly Staff, Highly knowledgable and very patient
Cons: Because it's such a good place it's very busy, often work needs to be scheduled in advance (but only by a few days).
