Everytime I'm in this place the lines contain double-digit customers. Then, to make matters worse, it's only one employee working the front. The other employee that should be helping in that capacity is walking around with a bag in his hand. Please!!!! Hire more people!!!!!!! Temp help, one day help, one week help, somethin'. Also, how does my same letter I mailed on a particular day require less postage than the day before? I haven't the slightest idea, but it seemed as if the letter lost weight overnight. I had to get out the line because I didn't have enough for postage. The guy with the brace around his neck said .80 one day, the next day that same letter waas .41. What the hell? Then, the lady asked me what was in the letter. I said gift cards, then she added another .17. Damn, this government getting real desperate all the time. How many people actually pay more than what they should for postage? HMMM. Now, that is just like stealing! The same letter on different days has conflicting postage price. The letter was going regular first class. It should have just needed the.41 stamp price, but no I was charged for two. Go figure.
