I worked with Ikon for a long time.I saw these 2 reviews and thought I would write in because I feel badly about the negative experience and that these negative experiences could ruin a reputation of someone who worked very hard to do a good thing for people who aspire to model. I just want to say that the ikon emloyee referenced in the letters is no longer there and that contributed to many of the problems that were detailed in the review. I know that Cynthia the owner of the agency was a model for 15 years and built Ikon to be a good clean agency and really truly tried to provide safe and affordable housing for young people coming to live and work in NYC.
